Our box guarantee: If EDCO boxes ever deteriorate at SecureStore, they will be
repacked at no charge.
New Inventory Set-up:
Each storage unit is bar-code labeled and entered into the EDCO BoxTrack™
Inventory Management System.
STORAGE & RETRIEVAL
Our systems and personnel allow us to pull a box or record from a box as fast as you need it.
Customer On-site Visits:
EDCO welcomes customers at any time by appointment. Two types of
areas are set-up for the convenience of research or re-work.
DELIVERY
We deliver by electronic scan, fax, or courier depending on amount, urgency, and distance.
For emergency requests, we have staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
RetrievalNet ® Electronic Request & Database Access at www.retrievalnet.com provides a password protected and encrypted window to your records kept at SecureStore. Make a request online then view the status and recent requests. We will soon have a feature where we will scan requested documents and post them online for you to view.
SecureStore has a separate media area with cabinets for CD-ROMs, DVDs, magnetic tape, microfilm, etc.
Media Relay Services:
EDCO provides retrieval and delivery for media exchange and re-file
within 25 miles. Other services are available upon request.
