Throughout the years, EDCO has established highly-regarded purge teams that travel the country. We always send our best, most experienced employees — not temps. In fact, EDCO Purge Managers average over 15 years with our company.

These purge teams work professionally, often at night, with the goal of minimizing disruptions. With a strong work ethic, they get the job done efficiently and accurately.

Expect Comprehensive Planning

EDCO can provide an estimate based on your project requirements. The optimal size of the team will be a balance of turn-around requirements, pull criteria and budget guidelines. Services can accommodate a small purge team staying several weeks or a larger team completing the task in a matter of days.

We look for ways to reduce time and costs such as generating lists from the MPI and using laptops to quickly locate and log charts. The project always starts with the purge manager reviewing the written instructions and department logistics with you.

Count on Safety and Security

The purge team packs boxes with the information clearly marked and logged. Boxes are transported using our locked trucks.

Once the records arrive at our facilities, we affix a unique bar-coded job sticker to each box and scan the information into our BoxTrak system. Regardless of the storage services chosen, a chart can be located immediately for electronic transmission back to the customer.
