Scanning with Verification

EDCO has implemented a sophisticated multi-step verification process to match scanned images to the correct patient folder. Proper indexing ensures that every image of a record can be retrieved as needed.

Our high-speed scanners ensure records maintain the quality of the original scanned document... even color scans.

Delivery Options

After the records have been prepped, scanned, indexed and processed, the images are passed to a distribution queue. EDCO offers a variety of delivery methods including secure FTP, DVD, CD, ASP or Hard Drive.

During the conversion project, EDCO can scan and post records on demand through RetrievelNet.
